3 x Yogi's Private Session


This practice is slow, meditative and soothing. It allows for full body relaxation. It's practiced at your home, your sanctuary, so you don't have to move. I promise you the feeling will stay with you even when I leave. 

The practice is hands on. So you'll be touched and re-adjusted into positions that are suitable for your body type. I can target any areas of the body you would like to work with. 

Meditation is practiced at the beginning of each session for 10 - 15 minutes. Simple meditation techniques will be taught. You don't have to be a professional at Meditating, just have an open mind 

The massage component is present right through and completes the session leaving you fully relaxed.
