Hi I'm Sarah,

Movement has always been a joy for me. Whether it be dancing, sport or walking, it gives me not only strength physically but also mentally. 

It was a knee reconstruction 8 years ago that lead me to my yoga path.  After years of basketball and long distance running, it was then that I knew impact sport was not suitable for my body. Yoga was the answer and still is - what a blessing! 

I know that movement increases endorphins and oxytocin, which supports our creativity and developmental growth. I believe that movement clears our minds and leaves us energised and feeling inspired. 

I completed an 8 week meditation course with Melbourne Meditation School 3 years ago, which introduced me to my daily meditation practice. This practice has taught me so much about my internal compass and without it I would not be the person I am today. 

I completed the 3 Day Kids Yoga and 300hrs Specialised Yoga Teacher Training with Rainbow Yoga. The course covered Fertility, Prenatal, Baby, Postnatal, Woman's Yoga,  Kids, Teenage, Family Yoga, Senior Yoga and Yoga Therapy.... Whoa, I know it was jam packed and unforgettable!!

I am also a Childcare Educator and have worked and cared for children for 8 years.

Move + Make brings all of my passions together and I'm excited to share it with you all.

Sarah’s yoga classes are a great way to unwind at the end of a busy day. Sarah’s calm and relaxed nature and her guided meditation allow for a tranquil experience. The yoga exercises are great for either beginners or the more experienced. The positive mantras used are a wonderful insight as well as her choice of music.
