This practice is slow, meditative and soothing. It allows for full body relaxation.
The practice is hands on. So you'll be touched and re-adjusted into positions, suitable for your body type and targeting any areas you would like to work with. The right adjustment opens up the benefits and experience of a certain pose to the fullest extent.
Meditation is practiced at the beginning of each session for approximately 15 minutes. Simple meditation techniques will be taught. You don't have to be a professional at meditating, just have an open mind.
The massage component is present right through and completes the session leaving you fully relaxed.
This practice can be at your home or you can come to the shala at my house.
You will leave floating, I promise you!
