This practice is slow, meditative and soothing. It allows for full body relaxation.

It’s hands on. So you'll be touched and re-adjusted into positions that are suitable for your body type. I can target any areas of the body you would like to work with. 

Meditation is practiced at the beginning of each session for 10 - 15 minutes. Simple meditation techniques will be taught. You don't have to be a professional at Meditating, just have an open mind.

The massage component is present right through and completes the session leaving you fully relaxed.

It's practiced at your home or at my home. I promise, you will be floating for the rest of the day.
