This practice is slow, meditative and soothing. It allows for full body relaxation.

The practice is hands on. So you'll be touched and re-adjusted into positions, suitable for your body type and targeting any areas you would like to work with. 

Meditation is practiced at the beginning of each session for 10 - 15 minutes. Simple meditation techniques will be taught. You don't have to be a professional at meditating, just have an open mind.

The massage component is present right through and completes the session leaving you fully relaxed. 

This practice can be at your home or you can come to my shaIa.

I promise you the feeling will stay with you even when I leave.
